Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without stating any reasons.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day
on which the customer or a third party named by them, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us

by means of a clear declaration (e.g., by email) of their decision to withdraw from this contract.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If the customer withdraws from this contract, all payments that we have received from the customer, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the customer choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), will be repaid immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which the notification of the withdrawal of this contract was received by us.

For this repayment, the same means of payment will be used that the customer used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until the customer has provided proof that they have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

Return of Goods

The customer must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which they inform us of the withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if the customer dispatches the goods before the expiry of the deadline.

The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

Condition of the Goods and Compensation for Value

The goods are to be used exclusively for checking their quality, characteristics and functionality, as is customary in a retail store.

If the goods have been used beyond this, in particular worn, washed or damaged, the customer is obliged to compensate for their value.

The compensation for value can amount to the full purchase price depending on the condition of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods,

  • that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the customer is decisive or
  • that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer
