2. Shipping Costs
- Germany: €3.95
- Austria: €6.95
- Switzerland: Calculated at checkout
The shipping costs will be clearly displayed again during the order process.
3. Production Time
Since these are print-on-demand products, each product is individually made for you.
The production time is usually:
1–7 business days
4. Delivery Time
After production, the delivery time is:
- Germany: approx. 1–3 business days
- EU & Switzerland: approx. 3–7 business days

5. Shipping Provider
Shipping is done with:

6. Track & Trace
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if available) for tracking purposes.
7. Partial Deliveries
As some of our products are shipped from different production locations, it may happen that your order is delivered in multiple packages.
8. Customs and Import Fees
For deliveries to Switzerland, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may apply.
These are to be borne by the buyer.
9. Delivery Delays
Should unexpected delays occur (e.g. due to high demand, production bottlenecks or shipping problems), we will inform you as soon as possible.
10. Undeliverable Shipments
Should a shipment not be deliverable due to incorrect address details or non-acceptance, we reserve the right to charge the costs for a renewed shipment.
